CONGRATULATIONS!
To URSO member Grace Widjaja on her UR Regents Fellowship in the Department of Biology AND on the Dean's Award for Research!

To Joey Stempien on the 2025 Barbara Buehlman Composition Award from the Mid-West Clinic! The piece, Montreal at Midnight, will premiere in December in Chicago with a performance from the Leander (Austin) Band!

WHO WE ARE
Now about to complete our seventh decade (our 69th year!), the University of Rochester Orchestras continue a performance tradition that illuminates classics of the past and music of today. Made up of students, faculty, staff, and musicians from the greater Rochester area, the Chamber and Symphony Orchestras present a full season of concerts in our home, Strong Auditorium, on the UR Campus.
